On the 2nd of August during our first event we went to The Veluwe, with a the bus that took us from Rotterdam Centraal and back. During the two-hour drive, we played games and got to know each other. We partnered with @jackieshangout, an initiative dedicated to connecting young adults through games and activities, making the journey even more fun.
Once we arrived, we embarked on a two-hour guided hike led by two forest rangers, who not only showed us the beauty of The Veluwe but also shared valuable insights about its history and ecological significance.
After the hike, we gathered for lunch, which was thoughtfully prepared by @tastet_allthingsfood. With renewed energy, we wrapped up the day with a final team game, burning off those extra calories before heading back to Rotterdam.
